Abstract

Abstract. Nowadays competition has occured for different types of Industries, eithermanufacture or service Industries. Organization needs to have the right strategy to winthe the competition and sustain in the long run. Many people have increased theirawareness for health and at the same time the advance of technology was followed bythe high demand of society toward better health service, has became the foundation forthe management at the hospitals to make decision to improve their services. Thisreearch wanted to find out the effect of Service Standard Communication, ManagementCommitment towards Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction. The respondents arethose people who has had treatment at RSUD Dr. Soetomo. Data analysis wil be usingPartial Least Square (PLS). There was 100 respondents participating in this research.The result showed that Service Standard Communication, Management Commitmenthas effect on Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract. The concentrated ownership structure that occurred in Indonesia led to theagency conflicts between the controlling shareholder and the non-controllingshareholder will lead expropriation. This study aims to examine the effect ofgovernance on expropriation practices. In addition, the study also aims to examine themoderation role of dividend policy in strengthening the governance effect onexpropriation practices. The results show that governance negatively affects thepractice of expropriation and dividend policy can not strengthen the negative effect ofgovernance on the practice of expropriation. This study contributes to the theory ofagency type II which discusses conflicts between controlling and non-controllingshareholders, which can be overcome by the use of corporate governance mechanisms Keywords: governance, expropriation, dividend policy, related party transaction

Abstract

Abstract. This study aimed to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence andoccupational health either partially or simultaneously on the employee's performance.This type of research is correlational. The population of this study are employees CV.Fajar Offset Mojokerto, with a population of about 80 employees. Data was collectedby using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The dataanalysis used regression analysis with SPSS version 23. Based on the results of theregression analysis, it was found that emotional intelligence and occupational healthsimultaneously affect the performance of employees and also it was found thatoccupational health and emotional intelligence partial effect on employee performance.In this regard then, the company needs to provide additional training, especially for theself-development of emotional intelligence and maintain employees' health in order toimprove employee performance and build productivityKeywords: Emotional Intelligence, Occupational Health, Employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of rare resources oncompetitive advantage and business performance. This research was conducted onTenun Ikat SMEs Lamongan. The research sample was 35 business units selected usingsaturated sampling method, that is all the members of the population sampled. The unitof analysis in this study is SMEs and put the owners/managers as respondents. Datawere analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The resultsshowed that rare resources are related to competitive advantage and businessperformance, that competitive advantage is related to business performance, and thatcompetitive advantage mediates the rare resources – performance relationship.  Keywords: rare resources, competitive advantage, business performance

Abstract

Abstract. A good supply chain requires strong collaboration, coordination, andintegration within each components of the chain involved. Such role is held by PTBimandiri Agro Sedaya as a driven between farmers and modern market. However, inthe marketing process, PT Bimandiri has a problem in the lack of supply of vegetablesallegedly due to lack of vegetables produced by partner farmers. This study aimed toanalyze performance of vegetable supply chains and contract farming partnerships inPT Bimandiri Agro Sedaya. Data processing method are Supply Chain OperationReference (SCOR) analysis, and Contract Farming Models analysis with respondents20 partner farmers and staff of PT Bimandiri. The results of chain performancemeasurements showed attribute of reliabilities in the advantage position so that theperformance of the supply chain of vegetables should be improved. Attributes ofresponsiveness and flexibility of the firm in a superior position. The result of a suitableagricultural partnership contract analysis to support supply chain performance is theCentralized Model. The company buys vegetables from farmers and then packs thevegetables to distribute to the modern retail. Strategic efforts that done to improvesupply chain performance by building cooperation with suppliers.Keywords: contract farming, SCOR, supply chain, vegetable

Abstract

Abstract: In the era of social commerce, individuals share their knowledge,experience, and information about products and services with people in theirneighborhood or close friends. Formed on the basis of social support theory,relationship quality, and social media concepts, this study proposes a model thataims to investigate or analyze more deeply about the role of social factors thatinfluence relationship quality with its three dimensions (commitment, trust andsatisfaction), as well as social commerce intention. Surveys were conducted usingonline-survey platforms and questionnaires distributed on which are the mostpopular social networking sites in Indonesia (APJII, 2016), and the PLS-SEMmethod was used to prove empirically the proposed model. The results of thisstudy related to social factors that give a significant influence on relationshipquality and social commerce intention. This study highlights the changingbehavior of consumers in the era of social commerce. It also contributespositively to the development of theory in the context of social commerce.Practically, the results of this study indicate that technology changes in the ecommerceis a new opportunity and challenge for practitioners to be able toadjust and take advantage of these opportunities.Keywords: social commerce, social support, relationship quality, social media

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of compensation, careerdevelopment and communication on employee performance. This research usesquantitative method. The research population is all employees of PT. Metra Palma Fire(Medco Agro) Jakarta headquarter of 129 people. Sampling technique with AccidentalSampling, and the number of samples determined by Slovin formula, found 57respondents who were sampled. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. Theresults showed that the compensation does not significantly affect employeeperformance, career development has no significant effect on employee performance,and communication has a significant effect on employee performance. While the testresults simultaneously indicate that compensation, career development, andcommunication have a significant effect on employee performance in PT. Abstract

Abstract: Technology Acceptance Model was developed in order to describe therelationship between user’sperceptive and their attitude toward an object. This researchmain purpose is to analyze the relationship between mobile game’s player’s perceptiveand their attitude toward the game and finally how that relationship affect user’sintention to use newer game. The research conducted in Indonesia and using purposivesampling, we have collected data from 170 Clash of Clan players. We use Partial LeastSquare (PLS) as our data analysis technique. This research results are user’s perceptive(perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use) both has direct significant effecttoward attitude and intention to use. In addition, direct significant effect also foundbetween attitude and intention to use, which made attitude toward use could becomemediated variable between the relationship between users’s perceptive and user’sintention to use. This research contribution is giving a good description for theimportance role of user’s attitude toward product use to improve user’s intention to usethe product.Keywords: TAM, User’s Perception, User’s Attitude, User’s Intention, Mobile Game

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze whether there is a significant influence between school quality and price on customer satisfaction and its impact on word of mouth (Study on Ar-Rahman Islamic School). The research method used is quantitative with survey method. The population is all parents who send their children to school in ArRahman Islamic School which amounts to 400 people. The sample of the research was 200 people,the sample using probability sampling technique ie proportionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis technique with Stuctural Equation Model (SEM) method using AMOS 22.0. The result of the research indicate that there is direct influence and indirect influence, the direct influence consists of: (1) the quality of the school has no significant effect on the WOM, (2) the quality of the school has a significant effect on the consumer satisfaction, (3) the price has significant effect on WOM, (4) ) Price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and (5) consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on WOM. While the indirect effect consists of: (1)the quality of schools significantly influence the WOM through consumer satisfaction and (2) the price significantly influence the WOM through customer satisfaction.Keywords : School Quality, Price, Consumer Satisfaction and Word of Mouth.
